personal trainer & nutrition coach
Hi!
As a certified personal trainer as nutrition coach, I have a passion for wellness and believe it is an important part of leading a meaningful and successful life. I am also a dancer, runner, and exercise enthusiast. Witnessing the benefits of movement and integrative health in my clients’ lives brings a sense of purpose to my work.
I wholeheartedly believe moving every day and finding joy in habits that support your health can make your life, work, and relationships better. I encourage my clients to prioritize self care as a strategy to maintain a high performance lifestyle.
I have a soft spot for working with runners and hyper-mobile individuals like yogis and dancers, but I love working with anyone who is willing to work hard and is open to change. The people I work with improve their abilities so they can move well and achieve results that last. I am excited to work with anyone who is willing to try new things and approach their lifestyle habits with an open mind and positive attitude! If that’s you…
Let’s do this together,

what my clients are saying
I often help people with:
…
body composition & weight loss
Many of my clients come to me with similar goals: to have a more toned look, to see better muscle definition and to decrease body fat. I have years of experience working on these kinds of goals with my clients. Through a combination of resistance training and cardio, I’m confident we can have you feeling and looking your best.
pain reduction & management
Learn how your body works and how to utilize your exercise routine to reduce pain, and minimize future ones. By addressing mobility and full body strength, we can manage pain in a way that is effective & long-lasting.
nutrition & lifestyle coaching
I get many questions from my personal training clients about nutrition. Nutrition, sleep, stress, and relationships can all impact how you show up physically and mentally. With so much information easily accessible, my clients find it helpful to work with me directly to ask questions and dive deeper into their lifestyle habits. Everyone is different, so I personalize my recommendations to fit your life.

a little more about me…
When I’m not coaching clients and creating exercise programs, you can catch me walking my dog in Venice, going to dance classes, or reading a new book.
Being active has been a part of my life since I was a little kid, when I started taking ballet classes. I realize now that not everyone had that opportunity, so I use coaching to bring that lifestyle to my clients.
After years of dancing, I developed tendinitis in both legs which prevented me from running and doing other high-impact activities for years. I have experienced first-hand what it’s like to let pain and injury dictate what my body can do, as well as the freedom and confidence that comes after healing and taking action to change those circumstances.
Working with people to find what kinds of movement work for their body excites me. By incorporating efficient movement, optimal nutrition, and strategic recovery practices, my clients find peace in their bodies and satisfaction in life.
If you’re ready to prioritize your fitness so you can run, do yoga, dance, jump, and move any way your heart desires, let’s connect.
